If you receive the error “You do not have any active products” when attempting to log into the loader, it indicates an issue with authentication or product synchronization.

Login and Synchronization Checks

Please attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

Verify Email Case Sensitivity

Your login email address is case sensitive. You must enter it exactly as you registered on the website, including capitalization.

Check Password Complexity

If your password contains unusual symbols or is excessively long, it may cause issues with the loader’s login system.
  1. Change your password on the Proofcore website.
  2. Wait up to 10 minutes for the change to synchronize with the loader database.
  3. Attempt to log in again.

Wait for Payment Synchronization

If your invoice was just marked as paid on the website:
  1. The product activation may take a few minutes to process.
  2. Wait 10 minutes before attempting to log in again.
